Bijnor Welcomes Development Wave

Yogi Adityanath hands over keys, land deeds, and multi-crore development funds

Bijnor, JUNE 2: A wide-ranging public welfare distribution led by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath brought extensive financial support and real estate security to residents across Bijnor on Monday. The executive assembly served as a platform to hand over house keys, fiscal grants, and official land deeds directly to citizens, effectively clearing long-standing property bottlenecks for veterans and incoming refugee groups.

The real estate settlement legally stabilized families who moved to the region from Pakistan, giving individuals like Mohan Singh and Lakhwinder Kaur permanent residential security. The state also prioritized its domestic defense community by presenting land ownership rights to local ex-servicemen, including Suresh Kumar and Jagmohan Singh. To mark the district’s growing focus on women-led financial independence, the Chief Minister inaugurated the Vidur Prerna Cafe, an operational venture run entirely by female members of regional self-help groups.

“Honouring talent, encouraging diligence, empowering womanhood, and committing to the upliftment of the last remain the cornerstones of a developed Uttar Pradesh,” Adityanath asserted regarding the localized welfare campaign.

Departmental statements detailed several large-scale fund transfers intended to encourage regional self-employment and micro-enterprise growth. The largest single transaction involved an allocation of ₹184 crore to support the regional Self-Help Group Bank Linkage system via representative Nirmala Devi. Furthermore, a loan approval certificate valued at ₹21.87 lakh was delivered to Pravesh Kumar under the state’s Nand Baba Milk Mission to build up dairy farming infrastructure, complemented by a separate ₹4 lakh subsidy presented to Sandeep Kumar.

The governance push also brought significant modifications to individual livelihoods and low-income urban merchants. Street vendor Shabnam received a micro-loan cheque of ₹50 thousand under the Prime Minister Street Vendors Atmanirbhar Nidhi, and PM Janman Scheme recipient Jyoti accepted a ₹2 lakh grant along with residential keys to establish a permanent household.
